BE WELL PREPARED FOR THE FLU
SEASON
As autumn
quickly approaches so does the flu season. The King County Health
Department says that the flu season will arrive to our schools earlier
than usual. In preparation, St. Joseph School included a flyer in this
week’s Thursday envelope; an easy step by step flyer put out by the
Centers for Disease Control. Remember that the best way to combat the
flu is a common sense approach of rest, plenty of fluids, hand washings,
staying home 24 hours after fever is over and vaccination. Take a moment
to read through this timely information for your families sake. For more
information visit the link provided: http://www.nasponline.org/resources/Talking_With_Children_About_Flu_FINAL.pdf
