Annual Fund
The
2009-10 Where the Difference Counts Annual Fund is underway! The Annual
Fund is our second largest fundraiser and plays a vital part in the day
to day operations of the school. The goal for this year is $100,000 and
the key to reaching our goal depends on everyone’s participation.
Many thanks to all of you who pledged
with your 2009-10 registration contracts. We greatly appreciate your
contributions. If you need to pledge for this school year, a reminder
letter was mailed home this week. Please remember as noted in your
Tuition and Fundraising Agreement, pledge cards are due by October 31,
2009. You have until May 31, 2010 to complete payment on your pledge.
There is still time to add your pledge to
your monthly tuition statement. Please email Carol Willard at
cwillard@sjsissaquah.org to make
arrangements.
If you have any additional questions, please
contact our co-chairs - Doug and Kristi Rigoni at

CHURCH
World Mission Sunday
This weekend, October 17 and 18,
is World Mission Sunday. Every Catholic community and parish
throughout the world takes part in World Mission Sunday in a
global effort to bring spiritual and material help to our
brothers and sisters who are thirsting for the hope and love
that comes through knowing Jesus. This weekend is very
special; the whole Church unites in one great act of love
for those parts of the world where the young Church needs
our help, enabling it to grow strong and vibrant. Your
kindness will help all missionaries across the world!
Welcoming
Weekend
This weekend, October 17and 18
weekend is also “Welcoming” weekend. For those in attendance
who are not registered parishioners there will be welcome
