Light Up The Night

The excitement is brewing for the Light Up the Night Auction, to be held at the Marriott Redmond Town Center on November 22, 2008.  We hope by now you have marked your calendar for this important date.  This is the largest of our school's three annual fundraisers.  

The 2008-2009 Auction will be held at the Marriott Redmond Town Center on November 22, 2008.  We are looking forward to a fun evening with John Curley as our auctioneer.

Procurement for the Light Up the Night Auction began on Thursday, April 24, 2008.  We encourage all families to donate by June 5, 2008 to be eligible for a drawing for lodging at the Marriott on the night of the auction.

We try hard to respect our business community by having only one person contact businesses.  There are several parents working hard to contact local businesses.  We would love to have our families contact businesses whom which they have connections.  Please tell us if you have a business that you would like to contact.

The procurement deadline for businesses is September 23, 2008.  Forms are available on the Forms and Letters page.  For each form, please make one copy for the donor, one copy for yourself, and one copy for the auction committee.
