2007/2008 Auction Survey Form

Running an auction, is like running a business!  It is a tremendous amount of work.   This work is completed by many, hardworking, volunteers.  Thank you to the many hands that made this year's auction a very successful event!

Over the past few days, there has been lots of discussion about the Angels Among Us Auction.  We are excited to see the results and are grateful for all the support.  We are also interested in your feedback.  While the auction experience is fresh in your mind, please take a few minutes to tell us: what went well, what didn't go so well, and what you think could be improved.  All comments will be summarized and provided to the auction committee for consideration.  All comments will remain confidential.

1.  Did you attend the auction?  If you did attend, what was your opinion of the event?

2.  If you did not attend, could we have done anything to involve you even though you could not make it?

Suggestions:

3. What were your favorite parts of the auction?

4.  How can the auction be improved?

5.  What items, services and/or donors would you like to see at the 2008/2009 auction?

6.  Would you like to help with the 2008/2009 auction?  If so, what would you like to do:  chair a committee, procure items, help with decorating, perform data entry, or assist on the night of the auction?   The old saying "Many hands make light work" applies here -- the more people we get involved in the auction, the better the results!

7.  Did you participate in the online auction?  If so, what changes would you like to see for 2008?  If you did not participate, please provide feedback on why you did not participate?

8.  Additional Comments or Questions?

If you have any general auction questions, please contact the 2007/2008 Auction Chairs, Sharon Soldenwagner or Michele McDiarmid.
