2006/2007 Auction Survey Form

The 2006/2007 auction is over, and we are beginning to plan for the 2007/2008 auction.  We would like your feedback.  Please, take a minute, and tell us what you think worked well and what you think could be improved.  We want your honest and thoughtful opinion.

1.  Did you attend the auction?  If you did attend, what was your opinion of the event?

2.  If you did not attend, could we have done anything to involve you even though you could not make it?

Suggestions:

3. What were your favorite parts of the auction?

4.  How can the auction be improved?

5.  What items and/or services would you like to see at the 2007/2008 auction?

6.  Are there any donors that you would like reserved for you to contact?  We want to make sure your favorite donors do not get contacted by other families.  The best way to do this is to communicate early about the donors that you would like reserved.   Please list the donors and your name.

7.  Would you like to help procure items for the 2007/2008 auction by placing calls to donors from your home or work as a follow-up to our donor mailing?  These are not cold calls.  More often than not, the donors are happy to support our school.  The old saying "Many hands make light work" applies here -- the more people we get involved in the calling, the less each of us have to call!  Just give us your name and we'll call you.

8.  Would you like to donate funds that the auction committee will use to purchase an item or service to be auctioned-off?  If so, please provide your name and donation amount.

9.  Additional Comments or Questions?

If you have any general auction questions, please contact the 2007/2008 Auction Chairs, Maggie Johnson or Sharon Soldenwagner.  If you have questions related to procurement, please contact the Procurement Chairs, Dene James or Annmarie Farris.
