Our
academic programs are child-centered. Each child is
uniquely appreciated in a nurturing environment.
In core subjects, students are often placed in smaller learning groups.
Students are taught Reading and Math at their individual levels. Our
teachers are supported by Instructional Assistants and Parent aides. This
support provides teachers the opportunity to recognize individual learning styles.
Our
Washington State certified teachers emphasize a core curriculum of Language Arts
and Mathematics and strengthen it with Social Studies, Science, Religion and
Technology. Highly qualified specialists round out our curriculum with
Art, Music, Technology and Physical Education in Grades K through 5. A range of
electives are offered in Grades 6-8.
