Liturgies

Students attending school on the Issaquah campus will attend mass once a week on Fridays.  Students attending school on the Snoqualmie campus will attend mass twice per month at Our Lady of Sorrow.  Special liturgies created by alternating classes are held throughout the year. Generally, these occur once a month except on the occasion of a shorter month or another special event.  Full dress uniform is required for all students on Mass days. When in church, students are expected to show reverence for God's house.  Parents and parishioners are welcome to attend liturgies with the students.

Sacraments

All students receive sacramental preparations in their classrooms, but students receive their sacraments with their own parish (according to Vatican II) - please see your own parish religious education  director for any additional preparation required.  St. Joseph Parish

Prayer

Each school day begins and ends with prayer in every homeroom.  Prayer may be formal or informal, led by the teacher or students.  A prayer table is set up in each homeroom.  Each morning begins with a flag salute.  Before lunch, grace is said.
