The
purpose of the Parents' Club is to support and promote our
children's Catholic education at St. Joseph School by assisting the
school, staff and administration.
The Parents’ Club is open to all parents of St. Joseph School
students.
Specifically, the purpose of the Parents' Club is to:
- Facilitate open communication between the Parish, School
Commission, parents, faculty and students; and
- Provide support
for our children's educational and recreational needs by: providing
volunteer support for the school community; providing
social programs and educational activities for parents, students and
teachers; and promoting the school to the parish, parents and
community.
The Parents’ Club Board for the
2009/10 school year includes: Jenny Bluett (President), "available"
(Vice-President), Gina Martin
(Treasurer), Kim Skok (Secretary), and Lisa Scott (Volunteer
Co-Chair). The Board holds meetings on a monthly basis
with time and dates to be determined. All parents are welcome and
encouraged to attend these meetings.
Please look for opportunities to become an involved member of the
Parents’ Club! Your involvement is important and offers a great way
to meet new friends while making a difference for the children and
their education. |
