St. Joseph School offers a challenging educational program with a curriculum designed to maximize our small class size. Catholic values and teachings are integrated into all areas of the curriculum.

Students are placed with their ability peer groups for reading instruction.

Students also receive instruction from qualified specialists as follows:  Students in 4th grade receive two ½-hour sessions each of P.E. and music and one 45-minute session of art each week. Students in 5th grade receive two ½-hour sessions of P.E., two 45-minute sessions of band and one 45-min session of art each week.

Students in grades 6 and 7 take one enrichment class per trimester that meets twice a week. Classes may include Advanced Band, Art, Drama, Liturgy Choir, Speech and Robotics depending on student interest and teacher availability. Students in 8th grade take Spanish twice a week for the whole year. All middle school students participate in 30 minutes of P.E. each day. Technology is integrated into all areas of the curriculum.
