Admissions Process

Step 1 - Attend an Informational Tour or Open House
When you visit St. Joseph Parish School, you will learn about our programs, curriculum, mission, history, educational philosophy, and have the opportunity to visit our classrooms.

Step 2 - Apply Online
At St. Joseph Parish School, we use SchoolAdmin Enrollment Software for all new applications and registrations. To apply, please create your SchoolAdmin account and submit your online application through that portal.

Step 3 - Pay Application Fee
St. Joseph Parish School makes every effort to keep application and registration fee pricing fair and inclusive. The standard application fee for all new applicants is $100.
Step 4 - Wait for Admission Decision
Once a student has been offered admissions to St. Joseph Parish School you will have two weeks to sign your contract and make your registration deposit (which is non-refundable) through your SchoolAdmin Parent Portal. The following documents will also be required to be uploaded prior to your student's first day of school:

Copy of Birth Certificate

Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)

Immunization Records issued by a physician (Certificate of Immunization Status)
