Annual Fund Donation Form

Our Annual Fund helps us to bridge the gap between tuition costs and the actual cost to educate students. It is one of our three fundraisers where we rely on the generous participation of our community (the other two fundraisers are the Walk-A-Thon and Auction).

ANNUAL FUND TIMELINE: 

Our Annual Fund Giving begins today – with this letter. However, there are several opportunities between now and the Annual Fund deadline to complete your commitment. Please find a timeline below with more information on raffles and commitment reminders.

May 1st – Spring Packet and Annual Fund Letter is released to families in School Admin. Contributions can be made by completing this form.

June 3rd – Annual Fund Raffle # 1 – Did you complete this form in the first month of receiving it? If so, you will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win SJS to buy your child’s school supplies for the fall!

Mid-August – You will be contacted by our Development Director, Cassidy Blair, in an effort to gain 100% participation.

August 19th – Annual Fund Raffle # 2 – The deadline is a little more than a month away. Complete your Annual Fund donation prior to this date and be entered into a raffle for a chance to win an SJS spirit wear sweatshirt!

Back to School Bbq – Annual Fund Wheel - those who donate between August 20th and September 5th, will have get a chance to spin the wheel for a mystery bag filled with goods! Want to double your donation? You can spin too!

Trunk or Treat – Annual Fund Wheel will be featured again at this family friendly event! Haven’t pledged yet? that’s OK! Come donate and spin the wheel for a chance to win fun gift cards, free dress passes, and more!

ANNUAL FUND FAQ’S: 

Q: Can I make my Annual Fund donation with my monthly tuition payment?
A: Yes, pledges made now can be added to your 2025-2026 tuition contract and made payable over October 2025-May 2026. This is an easy way to complete your annual fund commitment. Please see the options below or contact Jill Orth at business@sjsissaquah.org for more information.

Q: When does the Annual Fund take place?
A: Pledge commitments are due by May 15, 2026 and full payment on your pledge is due by May 31, 2026.

Q: Is my annual fund gift tax deductible?
A: Yes. Contributions made to the Annual Fund are tax deductible as allowed by law and are eligible for company matches, which can double or triple your donation. Please check with your tax advisor.

Q: How can I double or triple my donation through a company/employer match?
A: Many employers sponsor matching gift programs that match charitable contributions made by their employees. Most of these programs match contributions dollar for dollar, and some will even double or triple the amount of the gifts.  If you are uncertain if your company offers a matching gift program, click on this link to search for your company's name.

DONATE TO OUR ANNUAL FUND:

We offer 3 options to process your donation:

  • SchoolAdmin: Make your donation by adding your donation to your SchoolAdmin account.
     
  • Online:  If this is a one-time payment that you do not wish to process through your SchoolAdmin account, your payment details will be processed by Stripe for Debit/Credit Cards.
     
  • Check: If you do not wish to pay via SchoolAdmin or credit card, you can send in or deliver a check to the Issaquah school office at 220 Mountain Park Blvd. SW, Issaquah WA 98027.
