Annual Fund Donation Form
At St. Joseph Parish School, education is more than academics – it is the formation of the whole child in faith, knowledge, and service. Our families’ participation in the St. Joseph Parish School Stewardship Commitment is a vital part of making this mission accessible to all.
By contributing to our Annual Fund, one of our three fundraisers throughout the year, you are investing in the daily experiences that shape our students academically, spiritually, and socially. Your support helps sustain exceptional teachers, enriching curriculum, faith-filled opportunities, safe and welcoming campuses, and the programs that allow our students to grow into compassionate and confident leaders.
Together, we continue to strengthen the mission and future of St. Joseph Parish School for every child entrusted to our care. We ask all to be as generous as possible with their contribution to the Annual Fund, and understand that this will look different for every family.
ANNUAL FUND TIMELINE:
Our Annual Fund Giving begins today – with this letter. However, there are several opportunities between now and the Annual Fund deadline to complete your commitment. Please find a timeline below with more information on raffles and commitment reminders.
Starting May 2026 – Pledges and payments can be made by completing the online form found on this page or via the Finalsite Parent Portal. To authorize a one-time credit card payment, please visit the Annual Fund Stripe link. To pay by check, DAF, or other paper payment, please address envelopes to 220 Mountain Park Boulevard SW, Issaquah, WA 98027.
June 10th – Annual Fund Raffle # 1 – Complete your pledge by this day, and you will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a special experience: SJS will do your fall school supply shopping!
Mid-August – If you have not completed your pledge, you will be contacted by our Development Director, Rachel DelCarmen, in an effort to gain 100% participation.
August 19th – Annual Fund Raffle # 2 – Complete your Annual Fund donation prior to this date and be entered into a raffle for a chance to win an SJS spirit wear sweatshirt!
September 11th – Back to School BBQ Annual Fund Wheel - those who pledge between August 27th and September 11th will get a chance to spin the wheel for a mystery bag filled with goodies! Already pledged? Increase your pledge or make an additional, one-time donation, and you can spin too!
May 15th, 2027 – All 2026-2027 Annual Fund pledge payments are completed.
ANNUAL FUND FAQs:
Q: Why does SJS ask parents to pledge now for the 26-27 Annual Fund?
A: We try to give parents an opportunity to plan for next year's financial commitments and get a jump on their Stewardship planning.
Q: Can I make my Annual Fund donation with my monthly tuition payment?
A: Yes, pledges made now can be added to your 2025-2026 tuition contract and made payable over October 2025-May 2026. This is an easy way to complete your annual fund commitment. Please contact Jill Orth at business@sjsissaquah.org for more information.
Q: Are we required to pledge to the Annual Fund now?
A: No. However, you will be asked again in the fall to help us achieve our goal of 100% participation.
Q: What is a pledge versus a payment?
A: A pledge is the amount you're committing to contribute to the Annual Fund by May 15. 2027. The payment is the actual transfer of funds to the school - this can be divided up into multiple payments or made as a one-time payment.
Q: Is my annual fund gift tax deductible?
A: Yes. Contributions made to the Annual Fund are tax deductible as allowed by law and are eligible for company matches, which can double or triple your donation. Please check with your tax advisor.
Q: How can I double or triple my donation?
A: Many employers sponsor matching gift programs that match charitable contributions made by their employees. Most of these programs match contributions dollar for dollar, and some will match even more.
If you know your company has a matching program, please complete the form through your employer to request a matching donation. These matches will make a huge impact! Please email us at development@sjsissaquah.org if you have any questions.

DONATE TO OUR ANNUAL FUND:
We offer 3 options to process your donation:
- SchoolAdmin: Make your donation by adding your donation to your SchoolAdmin account. You can request this via the form below, or by emailing Business Manager Jill Orth directly at business@sjsissaquah.org.
- Online: If this is a one-time payment that you do not wish to process through your SchoolAdmin account, your payment details will be processed by Stripe for Debit/Credit Cards.
- Check: If you do not wish to pay via SchoolAdmin or credit card, you can send or deliver a check to the Issaquah school office at 220 Mountain Park Blvd. SW, Issaquah, WA 98027.
