Help us continue providing a dynamic academic experience that empowers students to recognize and use their God-given gifts by partaking in our procurement efforts. Reminder that all families, Pre-K through 8th Grade, are required to procure $200 worth of items, services or cash for the Auction. We are grateful for your continued support. The procurement deadline for 2025 is February 10th. If you have an item already, please fill out the Procurement Agreement and turn in the form and item to Development Director, Cassidy Blair.
How do I procure an item?
- Do you know a friend or relative that has a business? Ask them to donate!
- Do you frequent a business that would donate to you? Ask them to donate!
- Purchase an item from the idea list below, or something you would bid on!
- Procuring items beyond your $200 obligation is always appreciated.
Please note, you needn’t purchase a donation. If you can ask a business to donate that will fulfill your obligation. Procurement letter enclosed.
