Walk-A-Thon
The St. Joseph Parish School Walk-a-Thon is the second major fundraiser of the year, aimed at bridging the gap between the cost of tuition and the actual expenses required to provide quality education. This event is not only a fun way to support our school but also an opportunity for you, our valued community members, to spread the word about SJS and gain pledges.

We Did It!
Thanks to your incredible generosity and enthusiasm, we not only met our $30,000 Walk-A-Thon goal—we soared past our stretch goal! Our final total came to $36,884, and this number does not yet include matching donations or the $100 pledges that will be charged to families unable to participate.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who donated, spread the word, and came out to support our school. This was truly a community effort, and we are so grateful!
Prize Winners:
- 1st Place: Forest S. (Kindergarten) with $2,015 raised
- 2nd Place: Scarlett L. (2nd Grade) and Stella L. (4th grade) with $1,700 raised each
- 3rd Place: Madeleine S. (2nd Grade) with $1,381 raised
Several classes reached 100% participation! Teachers will share details about their cider and cookie parties in upcoming classroom newsletters.
Thank you for your ongoing support of SJS. The success of this year's Walk-A-Thon is a wonderful reminder of what our Eagles can accomplish when we work together!
