PC Events & Fundraisers

Each year on the first day of school, following drop-off, we invite parents to join us for coffee and donuts.  It is a great way to meet new parents and catch up with we those you have not seen all summer.

Coffee and Donuts on the Issaquah Campus is held in the middle parking lot. Coffee and Donuts on the Snoqualmie Campus is held on the outdoor sports court.

This Year's Event

This year's event was held on Tuesday, August 30. Thank you to everyone that participated! It was great to see everyone. 

The Back to School BBQ is our first social event of the year!  This fun, family gathering is a great way for parents to catch up after the summer months and for students to have some outside fun together. This Parents’ Club hosted event includes a hot dog dinner, chips, veggies, desserts, and more! 

The Back to School BBQ is a favorite at SJS – you won't want to miss it!

It was great to see everyone at our Back-To-School BBQ on Friday, September 6! We would like to thank you for coming and helping make this event a success. Special thanks to our Parents Club and volunteers for organizing and hosting the event and to Fischer Meats for donating 3 pounds of pulled pork. 

Help support St. Joseph Parish School through our annual Fall Textile Drive.  All funds raised from your donations will go to the SJS Parents’ Club and the great work they do to support our students. 

Soft Goods only are available for donation. This includes items such as: clothing, shoes, handbags, backpacks, bedding, towels, pillows. All items should be in a clean and sellable condition. Please place all items in a plastic garbage bag prior to drop off.

The 2024 Fall Textile Drive took place in October - 260 pounds of textiles were donated for a total of $520.20 earned.
 

Putting the F-U-N in fundraising!

Join us at SkyZone Tukwila for a fun event with our SJS family on Friday, October 18 from 10am to 12pm! 20% of all ticket sales go back to SJS.

This Year's Event 

This year's SkyZone Jump Day took place on Friday, October 18 - 95 tickets were sold and $550.81 was donated back to the Parents' Club. 

Celebrate Halloween with your St. Joseph family at the annual All Hallowtide Trunk or Treat event! This is a safe and fun way to trick or treat from trunk to trunk in a family and festive environment. Decorate your trunk, bring candy to pass out, and wear your best family friendly costume!  Families are also welcome to join the fun without decorating their own car. Prizes will go to the top 3 best trunks and top 3 best costumes!

THIS YEAR’S EVENT

Thank you to everyone who participated in this year's Trunk-or-Treat! This is one of our favorite community events each year!

Looking to get ahead on your Christmas shopping or present wrapping? Charleston Wrap has everything you need, from wrapping paper and gift bags to gourmet chocolates, bags, holiday decor, gifts and MORE! Orders open every year in early October and will be delivered by Thanksgiving. The Charleston Wrapping Paper and Gift Fundraiser is a voluntary event and a great opportunity to get a head start on your Christmas present wrapping! 

40% of all sales go to the St. Joseph Parish School Parents' Club. Thank you for your support!

This Year's Event

Charleston Wrap Ordering was open from October 17th-November 18th - $994.30 was be donated back to the SJS Parents' Club. 
 

Take a night off from cooking and help support our school! Join us at Snoqualmie MOD Pizza (34817 Snoqualmie Pkwy, Suite 110) for a delicious and EASY fundraiser.

MOD Pizza will donate 25% of your total bill to our school! Thank you for your support and enjoy your pizza!

This Year's Event

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for those that participated in our MOD Pizza Fundraiser on Thursday, February 27. From that fundraiser, $415.52 will be donated back to the SJS Parents' Club.

Grab your gloves and jackets and join us for an evening of ice-skating fun at Sno-King Ice Arena in Snoqualmie! Parents' Club invites you to our Ice-Skating Event on Thursday, March 28, from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM.

• Pre-registration required – Secure your spot below.

Check-in starts at 6:45 PM, and ice skating runs from 7:15 - 8:45 PM, with skate return wrapping up by 9:00 PM. Don't forget to wear your St. Joseph Parish School spirit wear! Please note you must pre-register and purchase your ticket at least 30 minutes before the event for you purchase to be counted towards the fundraiser. See you on the ice!

SECURE YOUR SPOT

Each year in the Spring, our Parents' Club opens orders for Spring Plants. The sale features our traditional hanging baskets, herbs, veggies, patio planters, and more! 

25% of all proceeds go to the Parents' Club. 

This Year's Event

Orders can be submitted from now until April 29th. Orders will be available for pick-up at the Issaquah campus on May 15^th from 9:00-11:00am and 2:00pm-4:00pm.

The St. Joseph Parish School annual Carnival is a fun, family event open to the entire St. Joseph community.  Game ticket and food sales go to the SJS Parents’ Club and the great work they do to support our students.  Join us for this fun event full of games, prizes, and more!
