PC Events & Fundraisers

Each year on the first day of school, following drop-off, we invite parents to join us for coffee and donuts.  It is a great way to meet new parents and catch up with we those you have not seen all summer.

Coffee and Donuts on the Issaquah Campus is held in the middle parking lot. Coffee and Donuts on the Snoqualmie Campus is held on the outdoor sports court.

The Back to School BBQ is our first social event of the year!  This fun, family gathering is a great way for parents to catch up after the summer months and for students to have some outside fun together. This Parents’ Club hosted event includes a pulled pork, hot dogs, chips, veggies, desserts, and more! 

The Back to School BBQ is a favorite at SJS – you won't want to miss it!

This year's Back-to-School BBQ was held on Friday, September 5. Thank you to our event chairs and volunteers who helped cook and make the evening a great event!

Help support St. Joseph Parish School through our annual Fall Textile Drive.  All funds raised from your donations will go to the SJS Parents’ Club and the great work they do to support our students. 

Soft Goods only are available for donation. This includes items such as: clothing, shoes, handbags, backpacks, bedding, towels, pillows. All items should be in a clean and sellable condition. Please place all items in a plastic garbage bag prior to drop off.

The 2024 Fall Textile Drive generated $520 in contributions back to the Parents' Club.

 Donations at the Snoqualmie Campus will be accepted in the front parking lot.

Putting the F-U-N in fundraising!

Join us at SkyZone Tukwila for a fun event with our SJS family on Friday, October 17 from 10am to 12pm! 20% of all ticket sales go back to SJS. At last year's SkyZone Jump Day 95 tickets were sold and $550.81 was donated back to the Parents' Club.

Show the flyer at SkyZone the day of the event to participate! Flyers will be sent home in Thursday folders the week of the event! All participants must have a signed waiver completed by their parent or legal guardian. Complete the waiver HERE. 

Celebrate Halloween with your St. Joseph family at the annual All Hallowtide Trunk or Treat event! This is a safe and fun way to trick or treat from trunk to trunk in a family and festive environment. Decorate your trunk, bring candy to pass out, and wear your best family friendly costume!  Families are also welcome to join the fun without decorating their own car. Prizes will go to the top 3 best trunks and top 3 best costumes!

When: Friday, October 24th from 5:30 – 7:00pm
Where: Middle Parking Lot, Issaquah Campus
Parking: Parking is extremely limited this year as we are not allowed to park at Living Hope Church. To ensure a parking spot, please consider decorating your car or carpooling. Other options include parking at the Issaquah Library and walking up the hill.

Everyone is invited to join us, so bring a friend!

Back by popular demand — our Christmas Wreath Fundraiser is here! Bring the spirit of the season to your home while supporting the SJS Parents Club. Each beautiful, fresh wreath is just $35.

Charleston Wrap has everything you need, from wrapping paper and gift bags to gourmet chocolates, bags, holiday decor, gifts and MORE! Orders open every year in early October and will be delivered by Thanksgiving. The Charleston Wrapping Paper and Gift Fundraiser is a voluntary event and a great opportunity to get a head start on your Christmas present wrapping!
